Fundraising Events

Since Clare died on the 12th March 2006 a number of events have already taken place, all of which have raised money to be donated to local causes in Cumbria. We are immensely grateful to those who have already raised funds to the Gardner Foundation and to those who are planning future events.

Events to date include:

• Coast To Coast Cycle Ride by members of Bannatyne Health Club, Carlisle
• Race for Life, Bitts Park, Carlisle, 2006
• Winning 5−a−side Football competition, dress down Friday and coffee morning by staff at Capita Symonds
• Fitness Masterclass by staff and guests at the Sands Centre, Carlisle
• Ball on the Hill event by Claire Wainwright
• Christmas Card donations
• Kingmoor Infant and Junior Schools − various events
• Russell’s Wedding services
• Staff of Cumbria County Council − various events
• Staff of Carlisle City Council − various events
